Welcome!
I am Oliver Brown, an undergrad at the University of Mary Washington on track to major in computer science and minor in digital studies. I have been actively coding since my junior year of high school and while have not outright studied digital studies, I have been looking into what it means to put yourself out there in the digital world and what it means to create a website. I have a growing interest in most things regarding the digital world and plan to expand my future career to include both the more technical and scientific aspects of the digital world (computer science) and the more creative side (digital studies).
What is this website?
This website is designed to marry my two separate career paths into one cohesive site to serve as an introduction to myself and showcase my skills in my perspective fields. My goals for this site are simply to advertise myself to the greater internet as a whole. Here, I will showcase projects I have worked on in the past, active projects I am hard at work at, coding languages I am proficient in, certifications I have acquired, and a whole laundry list of other things to showcase to the world exactly who I am and what exactly I can do.
